Closed template for internet radio site

Hi, i would love if someone could make me a template for my radio.. it's been running about 2 years but with very basic web site
i want to eventually add a link so the dj's that play there can stream via webcam.

My website is After Dark Radio

I've been looking at all the templates and there some very nice ones

Oh if it could included the radio streaming from the home page too.. like a built in player that i already have on the site

 

I am also interesting in this topic, but I think that it's the right place for discussing it.
