Closed Snowmobile Website

Please, can somebody make a snowmobile-themed web site.
Possibly with the following:

1. Modern look
2. Compatible with Dreamweaver
3. Flash Intro
4. Colors of red and blue (slightly more red than blue)

If somebody could make a web site with as many of these traits as possible, that would be great!
