Legacy Slight logo modifications...

    Starting with this logo:

    I would need the following things done.

    1. Make the logo much larger. I don't have specific requirements, but the bigger the better.

    2. Change the blue on the logo so that it matches the blue on the sleeves shown below.

    3. Add a black outline/border to it.

    *If possible, save it in a vector format. Not a big deal if you can't, but I would really appreciate it.*

    Here's my preliminary design, done in Paint. I would very much appreciate some design expertise for this project, as I will eventually get these jerseys produced.
