Legacy Scanned Design need help

    I have a design that I really need help with. I scanned the image and really need help making it look clean and in a usuable form. I have played with illustrator and am going nuts. Can anyone help me make this look nice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I don't have much patience when it comes to using the pen tool. :eek:
    Will this do? (example of full-sized image - no drop shadow on originals)
    If it's okay, there's 3 types of the file attached.
    Jpg, transparent png and a simple outline.

    I have a signature that I want to put on my website.. ofcourse scanned version. lol
