HTML RSS and change language links

On my Web site there are links to RSS feed (in English version "RSS Source", in Polish one "Źródło RSS") and to change of language (in English version "Polski", in Polish one "English") but they are not seperated from links to pages. I would like to do seperated image links to RSS feed and to change language but I have no idea where and how I should place this links in my Web site.

I would like to ask for designing image link to RSS feed and link to change language for my Web site. You can use pictures which I attach to this post:

• feed-icon32x32.png - official icon of RSS 2;
• en.gif - UK flag;
• pl.gif - Polish flag.
