Closed Requesting a DJ Template

Hey,

is it possible to make an DJ Template something like this one http://www.template-help.com/screenshots/7200/7267-b.jpg ?
It is normally a flash site. but don't think you also make a flash site?
Here is an example of the site. http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/7267.html

If you would made it in flash it would be great. But normal html is also great .
