Hi I would like to request a logo for my photography and be able to use it as a watermark.. I've seen lots of very nice logo's but I have no idea how to make them and I can't afford to buy either. I'll include some that I like, and I'd definately appreciate it if I could get a few different ones, to see what I like best. Thanks so much!

    1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Lisa Topolinski Photography and I also like a small logo that said LT Photography or something like that.

    2) What is your website address?
    I have no website yet.

    3) Description of your website or business:
I am not into business yet but maybe in the future.. I do love taking pictures of weddings, babies, families, senior portraits. Just about everything. I like cute things more than "professional" things.

    4) Have you found any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey the style you are looking for?

I do. these are what I like: But I don't mind anything cute.. I love the 3rd and 4th one too.

    5) Requested size of your logo:
I like it to be high resolution, so that I can make it large if needed, but also shrink it down.

    6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo?
None. I'm fine for anything cute like those pictures above.

    7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
I'm looking for text and image, not a huge image. Something small like in the pictures above.

    8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
I would prefer the main part of the text to be black. I like pink, blue, and lavender colors. Nothing super bright though. but cute and girly.

    9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
I don't like brigt red. Pretty much nothing super bright.

    10) Describe the target audience for your logo
My target audience is just anyone who likes beautiful photos

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
I would like to communicate that my photo's and way of taking pictures are fun, flirty, and attractive.

    12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
I will use the logo for putting in the corners of pictures, and the website.

    13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?
    No

    Thanks so much.

This post is for mtopolinsli and any one who reads it and decides to post a request.
It seems you can read the STICKY but can not follow instructions.
    It states;
Either post small images of the logo designs (please keep any posted graphics under 600 x 600 pixels) or the URL of where the image/s can be found.

If you can not follow this or do not understand this
I WILL DELETE YOUR ENTIRE POST
AND DO NOT EVEN ASK WHY.

If you want to know how big a file is Right Click on it - Then Image Properties.
Look at the size. If it falls in the guild lines then fine. If you can't figure it out then do not post, go hire someone. It's not rocket science.

I am tired of people not reading instructions, then we have to fix the graphics and the requester is to lazy to help out around the forum but yet they can post a request and log off.

Real Photographers have an eye for detail not just a digital camera that takes automatic pictures and yet everyone who wants a photography logo are the ones which create this problem.

I'm I a little ticked - you bet and this post just put me over the top.

Though I'm sure mtopolinsli you will get some help, don't say sorry, just try to partake somewhere else in the forum.

I had already reduced down the 1600 pixel wide graphics to fit the forum.

ok 2 questions...not that were picking on you so don't get the wrong idea but you said you cannot pay for a logo so how did you get your equipment? and actually decide to start a business when you can't pay for a logo?

Also why does photography logos have to be based around floral designs? I just done a logo for a friend who's opening a floral shop so that is understandable but why with photography?

Also as mentioned above try and help out in the forum wherever you can :) you'll notice the more you help the more help you'll recieve in return :)

    Thanks

well I am not a professional photographer yet, I have no photography business also. lets say I am just a hobbyist who loves taking pictures of my family and friends nature and mostly my son. so my photography thing is for personal only. I would like to have a logo just for my pictures and maybe someday i can use them when I already have a photography business.

about my equipment, I only have an entry level nikon d300 with a standard lens that comes with it. which is a gift for me.

i like floral designs on the logo because they are cute and very feminine. there are also some people who doesn't like floral thing on their logo but i like it.

I wanna help out but I am not a designer.

    thanks!
