Closed Request clantemplate

Hi I am looking for a clantemplate to make a clansite. As soon as I find the right template, I am putting up a website for a clan / guild / team.

I like the style of these sites, with navigation bars / shoutboxes / votes on left and right side and a banner on top. News or forums are in the middle and login on the site.

(Lowbirdz site looks best in my opinion).

Color theme should be white/gray/blue (something in that direction, bit like the Lowbirdz site).

I would be very thankfull if that can be done.
