Legacy Rental Property Logo Help

Hello Everyone

I am new to the board. I am trying to build a website to display all my rental properties. We are located on the University of Minnesota Campus. I would like some help on creating a logo for use on everything associated with the business including website, business cards, letters, etc.. Any help is greatly appreciated.

rental property management & housing website which will display all
my units available for rent within the University of Minnesota Campus.

4) Have you found any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?
I'm looking for something simple, clean and business like. Maybe with a
white background and the school colors of maroon and gold mixed in or maroon background with white logo and gold sprinkled in.
Maybe a small graphic of something related to the college or like books.


5) Requested size of your logo:

Will be using logo for website banner, letterhead, business card.

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)

no i dont.

7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
probably just image but would something
under or to the right in small or big text like "walk 2 class" be kinda cheesy?

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
White background and maroon and gold like the UofMinnesota school colors or maroon background with white logo and gold sprinkled in.

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?

im pretty open. if any other color besides above will complement the design im open to it.

10) Describe the target audience for your logo
It is mostly college students, med students and dental students will be the target audience as I am located within a university campus.

11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
1. rental housing
2. property management
3. professional, friendly, college campus

12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
