Legacy Production Company

I am a owner of a new production company called rythmatic. I did design a logo for it. But now that i have designed it, i think that it could be better. Here is the logo that was made:

But i need something more unique, something that can be marketed and people will remember us for it. We throw shows for Electronic Dance and Hip Hop. We are currently starting a label with it also. So if that will help with the design of it.

I hope this helps you guys in designing something for us. I am also going to offer to the person that does help us, a possible job with rythmatic as a graphic designer. And yes it will come with some sort of reimbursement. Flyers will be the most thing that would be needed to be made.

Please Also im asking if the logo can be rendered so i can easily have it put on flyers. Like how the first logo is black and white and no effects on it.
