Customization Page Creation

    Hi

    I am looking for someone to alter a template i already have, I only require one page creating but i do not have the skills to do it. the site is at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/steve.peto/

    the alteration i want is to reduce the number of columns and rows on that page so i can use it for the general pages. I dont mind paying a small amount for this work to be done.
