    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a sort of academic site, but I'm not in the "academy" so don't have access to those nice resources, including smart, young savvy minds:)

Here's the template I'd like to mod:
    http://www.createafreewebsite.net/template_pck2/default.htm (#11).

I have a jpeg graphic for the banner. The main viewing area as a selectable screen, should be doable with my meager knowledge of code but guidance from templates.

What I really want to do with it, though, is instead of a left-side menu bar, I want to have 3 or 4 scrollable text boxes along the side, with embedded links in the text that will bring up frame pages in the main viewing area. is this doable? The templates come with buttons, so that's clearly set up for links. But scrollable text, with highlighted words set to bring up page links?

A little code to help along with that would be much appreciated!

Thanks and wishing you a happy, healthy and prosperous New YEAR!
