Closed Online Sport Games: Basketball Layout

Dear members,

I am making a website called onlinesportgames. You can choose a sport you like, and play a game about that sport. I am now making the PHP script, but I cant design.. Can somebody make a basketball layout for me?

Name site/layout: OSG: Basketball
Colors wanted: Red/Silver/Black and some nice.. choose by your self!
There need to be some nice patterns.
You May have a copyrigth, but a small one please..
The menu need to be easy, so it can changed if people log in.

Thats what I want.. if you wanna do this for me,, ill love u 4ever!
