Legacy New Football Crest design

    Hi All,

    I am part of a football team and we would like a new football badge to use on our shirts for the new season. Our club is Clanrye Athletic F.C and we play in N.Ireland.

    1) We have only been going a year and do not have a website as yet, but hopefully we can get this within the next few months.

    2) We are a Junior League football team.

    3) The deigns that I like West Ham United, Aston Villa and Sunderland that are simple also something like Bray Wanderers (I will try and upload pics)

    4) I am not sure what size is normal but just standard size crest if possible, we would also like to use this on letterheads and website when we get that far.

    5) Our strip is Red and Black Vertical stripes, although we will be playing in yellow next season (does this compromise the crest?)

    6) We are named after the Clanrye river that runs through our town so if this can be incorporated in the design somehow that would be great, I will again try and upload something.

    In the meantime (and as a way of giving back to the community in return for your free logo), take a roam around the forum and see if you can find other members looking for some help with various questions and/or problems.

    I did have a try myself but its very amaturish, suggestions & ideas would be very welcome.

    I had another look through some of the crests designed on here already and tried to incorporate some of the things we would like on our club. If anoyone has any other ideas or if they could sharpen up the image below it would be appreciated.

    That looks pretty good.
    By the way, sorry for this long delay, I'm still in the midst of settling into a new house and job plus trying to work my way through the request list.

    I gotta ask...what is the image in the left 1/2 of the crest?
    I think that looks like one of the crests I put together for someone a while back.
    I can personalise it for you. Would be quicker for me than starting from scratch. (I've got hundreds of crest files on my pc, to help me locate it easier can you link me to the post where you found it?

    Just found this bridge graphic in my files. I think I made this to represent the Clanrye river bridge. (was wondering why I made it!) :confused::p

    Hi ya CP thanks for taking the time to reply, I totally understand how busy it is moving house nevermind all the work you do on this website. I just thought I would try a few designs myself but given the basic programes I have on my PC they all come out blurry. The design I have above was taken from the crest you did below for Corton FC, I just changed the team name, year founded and added a small graphic to represent a river. The original is below.

    That is great CP thanks, we have decided to play in Blue/Navy next year, would it be possible to maybe change the colours so it could go on a blue kit and add the FC to the writting? I know you are pushed for time and appreciate all the help.

    Colours have been changed and "FC" added.
    Zip contains 2 sizes of crest. Both have transparent backgrounds.

    Let me know when you have the file downloaded so I can remove it from the forum.
