Legacy New CLub Badge Needed PLease

    Dear All,

    Just stumbled across this fantastic website whilst trying to find one to design a Club logo/badge. How would I go about this? ie what information would someone need? I really am in the dark so any advice/pointers would help. Our website address is www.clubwebsite.co.uk/cobdenathleticfc1001

    It is only in the set up stage so not a lot of info on there. We play in sky blue, and our motto would be "maximum effort, maximum reward". Trying to translate this into latin but finding this difficult also!!!!

    2) Our website is currently under development so not a lot of info on there at the moment

    3) the manchester city design

    sorry cant seem to just get the image up, only a link.

    4) would need to be the size of a credit card roughly

    5) see above for images. writing would be instead of M.C.F.C, should read C.A.F.C, and on the bottom banner should read "maximus intentio maximus bravium" (in italics)

    6) it would be in sky blue and white stripes (as per the Manchester city one)

    Is this the one you tried to attach?
    If so, and if it is like the one you want, do you want to do the whole thing? Bird, stars, ship and all?

    I know very little about football/soccer, I wonder if these more well-known teams have some kind of copyright on their logos?

    yes thats the one i tried to upload. yes the whole thing but the stripesgoing straight down and not diagonal. Once again thanks in advance

    There's going to be a problem with this request. :(
    That bird drawing is too time-consuming to recreate and frankly, I feel there's a big chance of copyright infringement if I were to go ahead. That's just not a chance this Pea is willing to take.

    Do you really want an almost duplicate copy of some other team's logo?
    Especially one that is apparently so well-known throughout the world.

    Unless another member here wants to have a go at handling your request you may have to look elsewhere.
    Although, if you change your mind and request a logo of your own individual theme I'll be more than happy to help you.

    Thanksfor your reply and i have thought about what you said. I've had a think about it and I agree withyou. Could we lose the bird and the stars, but basically keep the badge bit with the scroll. Same colour but stripesgoing down as before and with the wording on the scroll. Thanks once again in advance

    I have to say.........they are BOTH superb. Now i'm torn between the two. I think I prefer the one on the right (the round one). Obviously i'm looking to get these printed onto our shirts. Could you forward the document via email to myself. I feel I should pay you something. Do you take payment or do you want anything from London, England?
