Closed Needed: Daycare Site

Hello everyone…

And Dear Admin,

I would like to request a website or template. We have a small home daycare and would like to create a site. I read the sticky and will list them in order.

1) At this time we do no have a web address for our site. We are looking for a reasonable deal for it. We do not know if free hosting is the way to go in this situation.

2) We would like our website to be a focal point for the parents of the children we provide daycare for to have access to the many things we do and keep them informed about current events and the like. I’m sure there many more ideas we could incorporate into this, but these are just a few. We wanted to include a photo gallery, contact information, perhaps some flash (swf) games for the kids to play.

3) The following are websites we liked from FWT:
- Web Design Template (with cartoon turtle)
- Web technologies template (green and blue)
- Shopping template (Kid Styled)

4) Here are a few more we enjoyed:
- Radio station template
- Rock band template
- E-book website template

5) We did not know if you meant sites off of FWT or just any site we have come across that caught our eyes, so we took creative liberty and decided to list 3 other websites from another site we like. We hope you do not mind.

6) At this time we do not have any photos or images to provide. Sorry for the inconvenience. We can try to scoop some up if needed.

7) There are certain colors we would like, however to make the site more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, we do not mind changing a few.
- Purple (Darker)
- Orange (Bright but subdued)
- Blue (Brighter to Darker)
- Green (Bright, like Gecko Green)
(the colors above don’t necessarily reflect all the colors wanted in the site)

In addition, have you ever heard of a script called “LightBoxâ€? It is a neat little script for viewing photos and images in their own box and the website behind it dims down. If we were somehow able to incorporate this, it would be a great addition to the site. By the way, the daycare’s name is “Add-A-Kiddâ€.

Dear Admin,

We have come to our solution about where we are going to place our content. After much research, we are going to create a home computer webspace. We will either be using Windows IIS or Apache. We are taking one of our older computers and setting it up for our own webspace. We are seeking a domain at this time. We believe we are going to use one of the free domain names like

www.add-a-kidd.v33.org (the link won't work because it hasn't been made yet.)

When you say one page of content, do you mean at least a index.html?
