CSS My slider will not work

    Hello all, I am new here I pray someone can help me. I have a website listed and it has
    1. featured_slider.css
    2. forms.css
    3. navi.css
    4. tables.css
    then in each of the 4 above folders it has 4 index.html with just 1 line

    I know how to add the 4 folders into layout.css but I dont know what to do with the 4 index.html files nor do I know where they do.

    I have also placed the 4 js scripts

    I just cant get the slider to work at all. If anyone can help me get this going I would be so greatful
