CSS Mozilla friendly templates?

    Hi, I've downloaded a great template but have no clue whatsoever when it comes to css??:confused:
    I've done one website before but I wrote it completely in html and uploaded with Mozilla composer so I'm new to templates and how they work.
    Does anybody know if css can be used in mozilla composer? and if so how I go about it?
