Closed Magazine/Book Template Needed

I'm need a magazine or book template because i'm building a web site that should look like a printed magazine for my online fashion and entertainment publication. Please help. When a viewer goes to the web site, they'll see the magazine cover. When they go inside, the pages with the articles and photos will be displayed like an actual magazine. Please help to make this a reality. Thank you very much.

Another question. Should I build the entire site in flash? The pages would be mostly static but each page will flip over the way you would turn pages in a book. From left to right.

But Mine will be for Fashion, Beauty and Modelling News magazine.
I intend publishing the hard-copy news magazine later, but i want to start-off online and build the brand with d help of social networking.

I would like a template (free or paid) that MUST have the same cover as the hard copy, but the inside will be much about modelling and beauty tips,
