hi, i am requesting a logo for a website for a friend, i have the logo picture from the billboard my friend owns... i need exact copy of it but in digital form...i can pm the picture to whomever can help me out. i don't feel conferable posting it here, not that i don't trust any one... i am learning editing in school, so if possible i would like the original file... .psd or what ever program u use, that be great. i love it if it is created in vector so i can increase and decrease the size when i like for future use....

thank you if anyone can help me out... i know i only have one post and not much to offer, but i will try my best in future.

May I suggest you try this site:http://vectormagic.com/
The quality of their vector conversions have improved dramatically and I believe the 1st and 2nd conversion requests are free.

Lets see if I can Help here. Some How Some Way! You have to get the pic into digital form... but you can't post it... but you want help!!!
You have a camera with a picture in it.
If it is a Digital Camera just down load the picture into your computer and use the web site CP suggested.
If you have a printed pic, take it somewhere like Wal-Mart and scan it to a memory stick and then bring it back to your computer and use the site CP suggested. (but how could you trust them)
Spidy I think you have been wall crawling to much. If you post a pic or zip it up and send it you still have the orig on your pc. I guess another method would be mail the camera to CP who lives down under. Thats a long time and way round trip.
But wait that wouldn't work either - it's a comfort level thing. :D
Just what Do They Teach in school these days?
This is what is known as a quandary : a state of perplexity or doubt.
    Good Luck!

lol, ok that vector website can only increase the quality as i tried it, but i want the picture to be recreated in PS or illustrator that is all, i only mention vector because i read if picture is created in vector format they don't loose quality when increaseing size.

the picture i taken is of a sign on top of a wall, just like bestbuy or any retail or stores have outthere.

Sounds like your school project is due Monday after the Thanksgiving break and you forgot to due it.
Just what are you learning and on what software?
So what are you asking, that someone put your file in their software - then what?
Here download IrfanView and the plug-ins http://www.irfanview.com/ convert the file to what you want or try http://www.etrusoft.com/graphic-converter/
You already have a vector of it what more do you want...
    Too much Scifi going on.

It is you who is not understanding. Re-read this entire post.
You have the perfect picture but want to change the format.
You have a picture which nobody can work on because you do not want to part with.
You coverted it to vector format that you can use.
You have been given info on software to convert it that you can use
But for some strange reason you want recreate in illustrator or PS.
My last idea download trial version of any software you want and work on it, save it the way you want and then upload it.
