Legacy Logo request - JustAKord.com

Hi everyone. I am new to this website, I have just found it. I think that this is a great chance for me to build my company. I'm looking for a logo that can represent my company. I would like to hear feedback, ideas and thoughts. Thank you for your help.


1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
The name I would like to use is Just-A-Kord. That is also the name of our company.

2) What is your website address (ex: http:/site .com/; Site Name)?
We registered justakord.com and justacord.com

3) Description of your website or business:

We provide on demand business IT solutions. We provide customers full support of their IT needs. Consulting, diagnosis, repair, development are just some of the business solutions we will offer.

4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey the style you are looking for?
Either post small images of the logo designs (please keep any posted graphics under 600 x 600 pixels) or the URL of where the image/s can be found.
Looking for something modern and that will work with the name.

The logo would go on business cards, letter head as well as our website. I would like to put the logo on the top left of our website, I believe I will be using a template.

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)

No, I have no images.


7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)? I would like it to have a picture and text. I’d also like to add our slogan to the logo if possible. Our slogan is “Sometimes all you need is Just A Kord.”

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo? It really does not matter. I would like bright colors but don’t want it to be cheesy.

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
N/A

10) Describe the target audience for your logo
I am targeting small business owners around NYC. Mostly businesses that require a small network such as pharmacies, medical offices, warehouses, etc.


11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo? I would like the logo to be appealing to business owners. I would like some sort of technology shown in the logo, just to let people know that we are in the computer business.

12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)? Business cards, letterheads, everywhere really.

13) Do you have other info or links you want to share? No, not at this time.


14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
Any font is fine.

No site yet. Just the domain. I was hoping to use one of the templates here.

 

I can help if you decided to use a template here. I can provide hosting too. Meanwhile help out around the forum. As you know this is a give and take community. Good luck getting your logo.

I have no problem helping around on the forums. If there is anything that I can do, I am more than happy to do it. Please let me know. Otherwise, I read in another forum that the best way to help is to review peoples websites. I have done a few of these already and will do some more every night.

But I don't think it's what I'm looking for. I'm looking for something simple but yet pushes the idea. My girlfriend actually found something that I think I would like to use.

The reason why I like it is because it supports the name of the brand and it also demonstrates on what we do. To me, the 3d man with his tie represents a business (our target audience).

I'm not sure how to make this into a logo. Do I purchase this image and try to modify it to what I am looking for?

I'm sorry for being a bit MIA. Needed to raise funds to get this going.

The logo we use was created online from a generic logo site. I wanted a logo that would represent us in a way that people would recognize the brand.

Ill put some more thought to this. Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate it.

 

Hmmm that logo does sort of represent 'IT' slightly as the question mark is also represented as a on/off button but here is the one I created. Kept in mind the business man and laptop to represent the business.

Done it on a Black & White background so you can see how it looks on both.
