Legacy Logo for website about home jobs/making money online

Hi,

1)My website address is www.homejoblist.com . The site is still under development and I may change the theme at a later date so I would prefer a logo that can be used as widely as possible.

2)Basically it’s a site about home jobs and making money online. Hopefully have some articles, etc. up soon.

3)I do like the logos here:







I'm looking for a bright, simple interesting design. I don't think HJL is the most catchy abbreviation so probably best not to use that. I'm open to all ideas.

4)Logos can be up to 110 px wide by 500 px, allowed by the theme but if you think it a different size would be better, don't worry about it. I'll just try and modify the theme code later.

5/6) I don't have any images to use and colours are up to you

Hi Alimo, I'll do something up for you. Iv'e noticed there's orange in all the logos you posted so I take it you would like the color in your logo. Im thinking blue for a sub color but if you have any preferred colors just let me know. Would the size of 110x500px be sufficient?

 

Thanks pureplayer Orange sound great - I was looking for something to stand out. Blue for the sub colour also sound good. 110x500px should be fine but feel free to change anything you wish. I'm sure you'll do a good job.

Wow. I have to say that is an awesome logo! Exactly what I wanted. I got rid of the reflection and moved up the description because I think it looks slightly better. What do you think? Also could I have a copy of the logo in red, just incase, if it's not too much trouble.

Hey Alimo, glad to hear the great comments. I had a look at your website and I see you went with the orange logo without the reflection which you have edited. I see alot of quality loss in the logo and the background is white. The ones I did had a transparent background therfore looking good on just about any color. I liked the redish background you had on your header before. I'll upload the orange logo without the reflection later on today. It will make your logo and header look better than it is now. It will be transparent so you can go back to the redish header color if you like.

Hello. Sorry, I didn't have a chance to check back. I was trying to fix some coding errors on my site. I stupidly edited the logo in paint and saved it as a jpeg, which messed everything up! Put up the proper one and it's looking a lot better I only changed the background to white because I screwed the logo up but funnily enough I prefer the white background. I might change it once I've finished editing the site.
