Legacy Logo for Piercing company

I need a logo for my piercing company.

I would like the style to be in the Sin City motif. I want a Shilloute of a skull with two piercing needles crossed in the back to make a skull and cross bone. then I want a sharp shooter pointed at the skull and on the other side I want blood spillingout. In the blood it is going to spell R.R.P. On the ground around the skull I would like to have some piercing equipment and earrings. If you could manage this I would greatly appriciate it.
