I play for a newly formed football team - Suburban FC, we need a badge to go on kit etc.

The team colours are red and black so we would need this incorperationg in to the logo

We play in a place called Baildon so would need the team name Suburban FC and Baildon on the badge

Our sponsors logo is attached - hopefully!!

The sponsors web site is http://www.ssbc.co.uk/venues.htm
If you want any ideas from there!

I am after a basic football badge that is red and black with the team name and location on it. Any image that you think looks good with it or anything you can take from the website etc would be Brilliant

    I hope you can help

It would be a great help to us if you could get a better (and bigger) SSB logo to work with.
I'm sure the company could help you with this as they would want their brand logo to look its best on your shirts.

They have sent me one in a word document but it is too large to put on this site! Can I email it to you as an atachment?

That would be great - sponsers are hard enough to come by nowadays, so we should keep them happy. :)
You can zip it up and post it here
    or
if it's still too big a file, put it on 'mediafile' and send me the link.

That file only contains the word 'suburban' in some normal font.

I can recreate the centre graphic (the woman with the hat) but that surrounding font would take me ages. I've submitted the logo pic to a font recognition site, so I'll wait and see what comes up.

They have now changed there logo to this simple one with the one word suburban and the hidden word bar at the end of it, this is the logo. They do however have the other one on the site and in the bar too so its confusing but when I asked for a logo they sent this one.

I have had a few goes at logos but they are not that good really, I have attached them if that helps

 I should have checked the forum a few hours ago. I've just remade the logo with the pen tool in PS. (below)
Never mind, your ideas look pretty good, I'll work on your crest this weekend.

Below is an idea for your badge.
As for your sponsors - how about a separate 'strip' logo that can be added to your kits. I've seen this done with some other teams I've made stuff for.
Not only will this keep your own badge clear and simple but would save money if you were to ever change to a different sponsor.
