Legacy logo assistance

I am starting a website that will be designed to assist people in my metro area in finding jobs.

From the website name, you can tell that i have the idea of incorporating money symbols into the logo and website.

As far as colors, I would like 2 sets - one gray-scale and the other using colors like green, silver, gold (colors of money).

For now, the logo would be just for the web but may eventually expand to where a high resolution would be needed.

I would say that I would prefer more text-based logo versus heavily graphic logo. Possibly, text with a "badge" for a logo. I am looking for some samples but have not seen any yet. I will try to add some when I can find some.
