Legacy Logo and banner request Please

I'm not very satisfied with my current logo, I did it by an online PS. tutorial, I think it still looks like a rookie did it (because that's who didi it ) I was worried about page download speeds.

Mostly I need a banner to advertise for link, and banner exchanges etc. It looks like crap next to other sites on link/banner pages!

2) Description of my website: Deal site/discussion forum for supplements and health nutrition - fairly new but gaining popularity.
3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why: ? Dunno. one that jumps out of the page but not too complicated.
4) Requested size of your logo: 510 x 70 ish, 462 x 82 ish, and 270 x 60 ish?
5) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo - see current logo and I have the .psd files too if needed, Or start form scratch OK with me!
