Legacy LF a logo

Hello,

i'm looking for someone who can create a small logo, something basic and not too fancy.

The logo is for a Gaming Community, mostly occupying EU online games such as World of Warcraft, Rift, The Exiled Realms of Arborea, Aion, Star Wars; The Old Republic, Guild Wars (2) and so on.

Name of the GC is "Nerds in Denial", mostly used as [NiD]. Founded at the start of WoW, almost 8 years ago and still growing, it is one of the most recognized "guilds" in mmo's on EU servers. Well known for its mature players, who hold sportmanship and common decency in high regards, while enjoying videogames with family and friends.

As i lack the real imagination and skill to create one myself, i though maybe someone here could help me out. I have some idea as to what it should look like;

I was thinking of:
- a "nerd in denial", hiding in the dark behind his pc, while the screen lights up his nerdy glasses.

Others said to keep it clean and easy, which might be better indeed:
- a simple version with only the letters NiD in a cool font and red color, black or white (transparent) background as it would match our website.

I have browsed through some of the examples on here but couldn't really pick one out to build from further. I hope this helps a bit and if anyone has more questions, just shoot.
