I'm working on a new web and have been for years working on mastering paint shop pro. I come to the conclusion it will take me the rest of my life to learn to be creative. I can manipulate code but not pixels like Ms CovertPea or Imfrench. So could I get some help please.
    Here is the site http://www.cleandeck.net/ironstyles/index.html
I'm looking for somthing to fit at the bottom where the text Iron Styles Inc is.
Found two ideas on the web. Been thinking maybe an iron style picture frame around IronStyles Inc or something or anything. Just something to go along with the site.

Hi Ishkey, you say you stink at graphics but you create absolutely stunning works of art with iron my friend! :)
Got some painting to do today (with a real paintbrush - yuk!) will try to work on something for you later on this afternoon.

    Cheers

Thanks CovertPea, but if I could only do graphics, I can touch up pics pre-made.
And Billy Mark I am not in the market for one of your toys. It is obvious you lack the ability to create your own site and drive customers to it, but what does this have to do with answering my question?

I can do a graphic for you but where and how you're going to fit it in is another question.
    How about this?
I also have it in psd format if you want it.

:mad:And NO Billy, I've decided to go 'retro' and be mobile phoneless for good.
'Tis so wonderful to be unreachable once again! :p

Unquestionably you're an artist... pixels and paint. Yes I love it. Thank you ever so much and the psd format would be nice if you don't mind. I always enjoy learning how others accomplish things. It will fit just nicely thank you. Oh and the pics on my home page, the left and right one I made blurred to focus attendtion the center gate. I didn't want you think I was that bad.
Maybe it's my age that I have this mental block on using paint shop pro or maybe I have finally come across something that is going to take me a life time to learn.
If I can return the favor... you only need to ask.
    Thanks
    David

    You're very welcome David!
I must admit, I did wonder why the pics either side of your gate were a bit iffy.
By the way, in case you want to use it somewhere else on your site, the text in the frame is "Splendid ES".
    Have a great week!

Do you think they are too iffy? Did I go too far?
And do you make the frame in parts or are there sites like the fonts that you can download?

Thank you Bakes! Always good for the ol' ego to get occasional complimentive feedback such as yours. Welcome to FWT!

    David-
The 'frame' part is made up of scroll embellishment brushes and simple lines.
There's heaps of beautiful scroll type brushes and psp tubes on the net. As for corners, it's just a matter of finding a 'nice' curly part, cutting it out, duplicating, rotating the copy and joining the two layers together.
I can zip a few brushes up and post them to you if you like.

As for the 'iffy' pics - Why not reduce the iffy pics and add more of your art to the main page. Your work is too good to hide on a 2nd page in an album format.
Perhaps photos of work taken on a plain background to emphasise the detail? (before it's fitted for the customer)
Maybe even replace those 'dots' with some scroll borders?

LOL It;s easy for me to say all this but I'm not the one who will be reorganising all the difficult html and coding stuff.

    Okay...shutting up now.

A zip would be nice for me to practice with and I'll search the web as you suggested.
You make sound all so simple.
The coding is the easy part LOL The graphics the challenge.
Opinions are always welcome - Thanks
