I need an Interactive Web for a Student's Union Government!

    As an executive officer in my Institution's Student Government, i have made plans to Get a website fixed for the Government as a Generous gift during my tenure. I would like anybody who can fix this up to handle the following:

    *Personal Profile Interface
    *Chat Interface
    And a bunch of other required Programming.

    Unfortunately, we no longer create website templates on this forum until further notice so if you are looking for a website designer then you will have to find someone and pay them to do the job for you.
