    :eek: I am trying to use free website template clothesdesigner. I am old html (wasn't all pro or anything) and new to css. I am currently using "Alleycode" to edit my template. I have come this far with some help of reading forums. I am hoping to set this up to use with a dropship design program I have joined.
    My problem is they would like me to to use this when adding my template...
    (example)

    "Store Template is used to give your store a global apperence, you can design it using html , and Server controls."
    How to write store template:
    1. Image Root : Image root of your template, should match the folder path in your file manager.
    2. Server controls, you can embed below server controls in your template:
    1 (#Content#)
    2 (#WebFile Url="t1.gif"#)
    3 (#StoreHtml ID=XXXXHtmlBlock#)
    4 (#StoreInfo StoreField="StoreTitle"#)
    5 (#StoreSearchControl#)
    6 (#ProductListControl#)
    7 (#SectionControl#)
    8 (#StoreNewsLetter#)
    9 (#CustomPageTreeControl#)
    10 (#StoreNavigator ID=StoreNavigator#)
    11 (#StoreHelpPanel#)
    12 (#TopBarControl#)
    13 (#CartCountControl#)

    The "Description" for each server control above reads...

    #1 Content of your store, Must include (#Content#) in your store template

    #2 Image Url, you must have t1.gif in your file manager.

    #3 Custom html block

    #4 Store Title

    #5 Store search control

    #6 Product list control

    #7 Store category tree control

    #8 Store news letter control

    #9 Store custom page tree control

    #10 Store navigator control

    #11 Store help panel

    #12 Top Bar of VIP Store

    #13 Show the item count in the cart, if cart is empty , show nothing.

    I don't know if anyone can help me or not. I added the controls to my css template at the bottom like they read???

    example:

    211}
    212#Content#}
    213}
    214#WebFile Url="t1.gif"#}
    215}
    216#StoreHtml ID=XXXXHtmlBlock#}
    217}
    218#StoreInfo StoreField="StoreTitle"#}
    219}
    220#StoreSearchControl#}
    221}
    222#ProductListControl#}
    223}
    224#SectionControl#}
    225}
    226#StoreNewsLetter#}
    227}
    228#CustomPageTreeControl#}
    229}
    230#StoreNavigator ID=StoreNavigator#}
    231}
    232#StoreHelpPanel#}
    233}
    234#TopBarControl#}
    235}
    236#CartCountControl#}

    At this point though I do not understand if I am to add anything to them, and how to make this work in alliance to the html sheet.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope somebody can make sense of this.

    I believe the reason nobody is responding is because;
    What you are asking for, you really need to hire someone to do it.
    There is a lot of work and time in trying to figure out some other software and integrate a pre-made template into it. Maybe your new found venture with Dropship Design can help you. After all you did buy one of there packages, they should have a tech service department.
    Most of us here volunteer our time to help out on small questions, getting people over the hump., yours is more like a mountain.
    I understand you are trying to get your biz off the ground and money may be tight but that's part of the price for doing business.
    Respectfully Ishkey

    You must derive from the "I want it NOW or I'll throw a tantrum" group!

    You posted a help message on the 5th of Feb, bumping the message again on the 11th. Today is the 16th. That aint a long wait buddy.

    You've obviously had the time to check for a response to your own problem although I don't see any posts of you giving any help to others whilst you're waiting for a response.
    Don't feel like wasting your precious time helping others eh?
    Yet you can easily find the time to whinge and whine about not getting help for yourself straight away.

    My advice: Be patient or go away!
