Hullo!!

Hi all,new to this forum and I am hoping that one of you can help me?

I am a moderator on another forum which hasnt been up and running very long and the forum directors are wanting someone to design sig/banners for the members,its a reality tv forum so what I'm wanting is to be able to make sig/banners with images of tv characters etc and text also.

Sorry if this is in the wrong topic I wasnt sure where to post,not really up on webpage design etc but I thought someone could help!Any free downloads available would be greatly appreciated , thanks in advance
