HTML how to link to target?

Hi new here! so hi once again

Was wondering how do i link into the target?
I wanna link from the top nav field to the lowerbox on the right just like the arrow shows.
Would be greatful for all help that can be given!!!

what, do you mean anchor it? where it auto scrolls in a sense that it goes to a certain bit of the page?

 

Yeah it might be called anchor.. what i mean is if i click up right on a link it shows down there where the arrow ends...

 

Yeah, Anchor. What software are you using, try to look for an anchor simple or the word 'Anchor'


And then it should depending of the software used it will ask you where the anchor the link.

 

i use dreamweaver. will look for it in there...
