HTML How can I make the templates able to use in Arabic sites ?

    How can I make the templates able to use in Arabic sites ?

    I meant :

    How can I make the text, the footer and the head start from right to left. ( Arabize )

    When I say templates I mean flash templates, web templates etc.

    If there any thing not clear, tell my :)
