Legacy Hi! and New Logo request...

Hi all! I have followed your forum for a few weeks and decided to ask for help...

Im a Photographer and for years I have been using my company name (for business reasons) as the legal trade name... However, now I would like to change my ID to my personal Name, for a business identity more geared to my person... The Legal name will stay, since that is the Trademark...

I was thinking something about the lines of this: Attached file...

But I need feedback! )

Im thinking that I also need the "round spiral" to be like a seal for use as watermark both on images and blog wallpaper...
Like having my name around the "seal" (top) and Photoventures LLC or www.photoventures.com on bottom...

Any ideas?
