Hi All

Well my name is lee and i am the lead vocalist of The Soul Nation in the UK. I have been tasked with creating and building the website for the band, 1 big problem, ive never done one before,lol. The programmes i have aquired for this is Paint Shop Pro 9, and Front page 2003. I have a domain name purchased and i have bought web space from a host.
I have designd what i think is going to be the main page you see when you accsess the site i did this in corel photo shop(only One i kinda know how to use????) this is as far as i have got. I dont understand the concept of how i get the picture i have designed (1280x800 96dpi,) into an upload client and then uploading it??? The image iin psd but i am told it has to be saved as an HTML file??? I just wanna put a under construction page up at first but i cant even seem to do this,(geek) Could some one either help or point me in the right direction Please.
