Legacy Hi all, need football crest designed

Hello, we are a junior football team who require a new club logo/badge designed. We would like a shield type design with possibly a nice scroll effect at the bottom with the club name on.

We would like it based on the Ajax home football kit (Broad red stripe down the middle and white sides (Image attached), and with some detail from a previous badge we have used (Image attached).
We would like the black and white stripes replaced with red and white Ajax style kit colour, and the initials in the middle to read HJFC, the rest of the original badge logo could stay the same. Team name is HALEWOOD JUNIORS.

I hope someone can help us out, and would appreciate someone can point out exactly how we can reciprocate in some way, cheers, Tom.
