Legacy Help with re-design/cleanup of logo

Currently the website is undergoing some major redesign. We would like to change to logo to be similar to this:

We are looking for a variety of resolutions. We are not looking for anything very fancy. No colors, transparent background.

The "globe" was from here:

The "W" was created with parentheses () and a caret ^

We are open to some changes but over all want it simple and clean. If the globe is modified or changed to one with thicker but fewer lines would be nice if possible.
