CSS help with css?

Hi - I think I've figured out that my problem lies within the css file that came with my template...
The template is 'rock band'

I'd like to figure out what values I need to change to make the site show up larger in the screen. I've been getting complaints that it's too small... and I agree.
I know how to change font sizes and image sizes through frontpage... but I can't seem to get the graphics to move at all.
