Customization Help me change this template?

can you change the media link to links? and also could change the top part that says Team high velocity to Notorious - Age of Conan and make a new banner that says Notorious with Age of Conan pictures or renders? also can some1 make a splash page with a enter link that matches this template?

where it says Media go to notepad search for >Media</a> then edit the text. Also, you must ask the creator for the original banner unless its .psd then people can edit it.
