Legacy Help! I need a photography logo!

Hey ya'll! I'm just now starting to go pro for my photography and I could really use some help with a new logo. I've been currently using just plain jane cursive writing that states "Davenport Photography" and now I need something better.

I'm still in the process of building my website, so I can't really direct you to my page, but I would like to have a simple yet classy logo and NO pink. I hate the color pink. I prefer soft pastel colors (just not pink).

I would like it to include my full name "Emily Davenport" and then of course "Photography" or something along those lines. I'm not too picky honestly.

So feel free to throw out your ideas. I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Yeah I do actually. They aren't mine but they're some that I really like. Thank you for the advice! I had no idea! I'll most definitely keep that in mind!

Their are a lot of photography logos coming in but i'll work on your design and see what I can come up with.

 

I've managed to come up with something. Not really sure if it's your type from looking at your examples but thought I would try something similar but different. Avoided the pink too

Anyway, here it is...

I would never mind Ish, btw great design you could try putting Emily on the top left of the design but not past the dot and Davenport on the top right of the design after the dot and keep photography the way it is but great design though.

 

Just found this one that I did earlier but had to go out so forgot to post it.

Ishkey! I absolutely love yours! Could I maybe see the text with freestyle script or something of that nature? Could I see it with maybe a green or orange instead of the blue? The blue just looks a little bright, and I like the advice that gave Geniunegraphics gave you. I think it would look good like that too.

Geniunegraphics! I love yours too! I just feel though that it's a little too childish for my taste. Maybe its the text? I liked the leaf more than I did the heart! haha thank you for keeping out the pink...I appreciate it greatly! I guess I'm not feeling the bold font either.

Thanks CP! Looks simple but was a mission to get it perfect in Illustrator. The leaf was easy the other part just came out randomly
