I am beginning to understand just how computer-illiterate I am. My original idea was just a little site about nail care and home manicures that my clients could use for reference. I have already put an "under construction" page up on Yahoo Small Business. I tried to use FrontPage because it was already installed on my computer, but that made me feel like Alice sliding down the rabbit-hole. Next, I tried downloading templates, but have found that even the most simple "drag and drop" designs to not be beginner-friendly. Most of the "beauty" templates are also in pastel pinks and blues with awful "Madge the Manicurist" graphics, or goofy nail polish bottles. Our salon is done in sophisticated chinese reds, dark greens and black accents, and custom tile and mirror mosaic. The templates that I have found on the web in those color schemes, however, focus on other types of business, and would have to be completely customized to suit my needs. And drop and drag is roadblocking me, anyway.
I don't have hundreds or thousands of dollars to devote to this project. What are my options?
    Thanks,
    Kay
