    Im new to the whole website thing and ive been playing around with dreamweaver and decided the best way to go was with a template. So why not a free one?. This is the BEST! site for free templates. Being as though im new i dont know how to apply it to my site so i had to join the forum. I hope i can get my questions answered. Thanks and im happy to be here!!
