Hello Everyone!

I have been posting on the forum for a couple of days but haven't gotten the chance to introduce myself.

I work for a real estate development and management firm and am looking to start my own. I am a type of person that really dislikes answering to bosses as I am sure a lot of you are. I figure why not just take all the knowledge from my current company and go off on my own.

I live in the Washington, DC metro area and have recently graduated from WVU with a degree in Entrepreneurial Business Management. I am hoping to purchase my first home in the DC area in the next year.

I have played around with PS for a couple of years. Nothing too serious. I will try and contribute and tone my skills for the members of this community when I have the spare time.
