I can design flash and static. nothings too big or too small.

If you want moving banners, images, slogens, such and on then please state when you tell me colors and logo name end with Moving, Flash.

My Terms and Conditions, because I am offering Free Template/ Website design all copyrights will be placed and if removed could lead into legal action and you will be asked to pay the amount for the design, as this is free all copyrights are placed where I want them and will have a link to my Business, if this is removed or tamped with again you and your website are in conjunction with Section 34 of the Copyrights act for offering a free service, if you fail to produce payment when copyrights have been removed it could lead into court action or dept collections that will be done. The amount depends on work but if you fail to produce payment you could well be charged extra fees and other costs that will be in place, Panther-hosting are in partnership with the mainline courts and Employ Dept collection Agency to recover any costs, if copyright is placed and left then no action will be taken.by having Panther-hosting build you a website for free with no costs attached you agree to the above terms.
