    Needs some touch up header wise. Looks to plain.

    Yeah, the design is a bit boring, there is a lack of images, good header is also required.
    By the way, it would be useful to add some text and tell potential visitors what your site is devoted to...

    Hmmm... and the site semms not working properly: clicking on 'Links', 'TOS' tabs, "Read the rules" generates errors, 'Announces' doesn't work correctly.
    And ...one more thing: the buttons "Browse..." and "Upload" are displaced, IMO.
