    Not actually a 'service' but for those playing around with graphics here's the link to Alien Skin's special edition "Eye Candy 3.1"
    This plugin has been around for many years but is still a top program for adding assorted effects to your graphics.
    And no, this is not warez. This is a freely available, full version quality plugin.
