Hello Olaf,

First I would like to just admit, I am a little bit new to web hosting, but since I am still very small it gives me opportunity to get to know my clients on more of a first name basis. If they have any problem at all, even if just be getting help setting up a template for a site, I jump at the chance.

Although I am a new host, I intend on staying in business for a while. I have a nice little setup so far, and plan on expanding business.

Your post just seemed like you really didn't trust my hosting company because I offered it free.

The reason I offered a free account, is it gives someone who can't afford hosting a chance to get there site out there. Also once experiencing our quality services, the user may have something good to say about our company to someone else.

 

Thanks for providing me the free hosting opportunity. Iam very thanksful to you for giving me such a lovely chance.
I also like to tell the other that it is very economic and convinient hosting site.

There are so many hosting companies, a lot of them offering services for only a short time. Most people think offering hosting services is easy but those people are wrong. I have some dedicated servers and host my customers for years but I'm far away from offering these services to the public.
It's not about trust, but more my experience, web hosting is more than offering hosting plans. (nothing personal)

I completely agree, I wasn't trying to say I am the best host to go with either, but I do try my best, I haven't had any complaints yet, the servers are nice and the quality of hosting they provide is excellent, and I do the best I can with the customer service, I am still learning myself!

I think i made it very early i am having some problem here and jack is there to help me but the same problem is coming again and again so i think it is frustrating.

Jack i have given you all the information that you asked including the ip address but than also you are unable to solve the issue than how do you think i like to be on your hosting.

That problem is occurred within 24 hours again and again.
