Legacy Football/soccer badge design needed

Hi there . I am not very good at designing stuff so im turning to you guys. if someone could design me a badge for my youth clubs football team then that would be great.

1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
The team name i would like is ACC YOUTH FC.

2) What is your website address (ex: http:/site .com/; Site Name)?
Our team don't have a website but our church does so i will give that. Amblecote Christian Centre Homepage, Amblecote, Stourbridge, acc

3) Description of your website or business:
It is our churchs website

4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?
i saw an design off this website. https://freewebsitetemplates.com/forum/f17/football-soccer-crest-needed-9212/index2.html the top 1 on post 13. although i would like the colour to be light blue and white.

5) Requested size of your logo:
Basically we ask this to determine the graphics resolution and what it will be eventually used for.
the badge will be used to go on shirts

6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
See question 4 for images. I like the footballer and ball.

7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
i like the shields as the background and a scroll for the text.

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Light blue and white and black

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
i would just like the colours stated above thanks

10) Describe the target audience for your logo?
The badge will go on a kit which is being used for youth so it will be used by 11-16 year olds

11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The logo would only be used on a football kit so it will be seen by opposing players. sorry i can't think of anymore

12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
The logo will be used on kits and maybe tracksuits should we decide to get them.

13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?

14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.

do you reckon you could change the footballer to a lion and im just wondering about the colours because our kit will be blue and white. the kit we will be getting is on musicMagpie: See the kits 5 A-SIDE the kit will either the CASTIGLIA kit or the chelsea kit so if you could change it to any other colours that you think will look good on the kit. thanks
