Closed Electronic music(Progressive House) Template

Hey,
i produce electronic music and i need a template for my site. background should be something like this

it also needs a Title that says "Music digs right into our soul": and these buttons "biography,Tracks,Studio,contact and Links "
try to give it a modern and atmospheric look.
I would appreciate it if this is possible to do..
