CSS CSS help

    I am still very new at working with web pages an I am trying to edit the dog template for a class I am taking.

    I have encountered two problems.
    I would like to get rid of the large gap at the top of the page.
    I would also like to have the pictures at the bottom of the page be two by two, but am having trouble aligning them right now.
